E607: "Fixed Screenwarp Fade"

Added a fade out to the screenwarp so it doesn't pop at the end of the slowmo.
The Bullet-Time script now has 3x control curves on it:
- Timescale: controlling how much time slows down then returns to normal
- Camera Yaw: controlling the 360 degree camera spin in the bullet-time variant, but on the slowmo version it's just flat so the camera stays locked off
- Screenwarp: controlling fade in/out of the screenwarping from the fluid sim pressure buffer. Currently on for the slowmo and off for the bullet-time spin, but I might add a very quick hit of the warping at initiation (before the spin) to mark the start of the bullet-time.

Had to reduce motion trigger thresholds to work with the WFOV mode due to difference in coverage and thus averaged motion, which leads to some false triggers when not wanted, but does still trigger nicely across the entire width of the covered area.
