In this interview we're talking to Tom Crate. He shares how we was able to move up the ladder at his company, how he presents ideas to clients, why you should keep your clients in the loop, and he shares his work throughout the years that led him to where he is today.

Tom is an award winning motion designer and director with more than 20 years experience of designing, animating filming and editing. He's also a teacher, coach, speaker, sporadic blog writer and full time weirdo (his words). He puts his heart into everything he does. Especially the weirdo part.
