Lucky 18-Year-Old Will Be the Youngest Astronaut
18 year old Oliver Daemen will be joining Jeff Bezos on Blue Origin’s first commercial passenger flight. The Dutch teen takes the place of an unnamed passenger who had put down $28 million for the July 20 trip into space. That person couldn’t make it, reportedly because of a scheduling conflict. In a video statement, Daemen said, “I’ve been dreaming about this all my life, now I become the youngest astronaut ever.” #InsideEdition
