How to make a Giant Oreo Cake

Oreo is very popular and tasty cookies, so everybody knows them and everybody loves them. Have you tried to make a Oreo cake based on these cookies?

Flour 180g
Cocoa 60g
Sugar 150g
Eggs 2
Milk 160ml
Oil 80ml
Hot water (boiled) 160ml
Baking powder 2 tsp
Oreo cookies 8 (or more)

Mascarpone cheese 500g
Butter 130g
Icing sugar 100g

NOTE: baking tin diameter: 18cm
