Nutella Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Cookies 300g
Melted butter 100g
Crushed peanuts 50g
Gelatine 35g
Water
Cream cheese (i.e. Mascarpone or Philadelphia cheese) 500g
Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) 300g
Cream 18-30%, 200ml
Milk 40ml
Sugar 50g
Berries 1 cup

Baking tin: 18cm
