5 Back Exercises You Should Be Doing | Build a Beautiful Back

When building an impressive back, it's important to choose the right exercises. It's also important to use techniques that will strengthen your mind-muscle connection - making sure that each rep is getting you closer to your goal physique. In this workout, we'll not only use effective exercises, but also employ techniques to help you get more out of the exercise!

Workout:
1). T-bar row - pause-rep
2). Wide grip pulldown with scapular contraction
3). Dumbbell row - single-arm
4). Straight arm pushdowns -wide grip/staggered stance
5). Cable high rows - neutral grip bar

For this workout, if your goal is to build muscle: 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps. If your goal is to recomp or lean down, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
