TURBO Pork Butt! Instead of Low and Slow??? On the Big Green Egg BGE // Smoked for Pulled Pork!

"Join the Turbo cooking method revolution" they said. I was skeptical on if it would really work...but I took the plunge! I used a picnic for the video, but you could use any pork appendage and it will work. What is a Turbo Butt? It's a method of cooking a butt on the egg at a hotter, faster (turbo) time.
Here is the setup: 350f indirect for 45 minutes per pound.
Make sure to modify the rub (explained in the vid)
