iNfLuEnCeRs damaging obsession with tiny waists | why you'll never have one

WHY are influencers obsessed with having abnormally tiny waists? Is it to appear more feminine? To look like a Bratz doll? Because most humans have waists big enough to fit their internal organs and therefore by portraying that YOURS is spectacularly tiny you are somehow superhuman? I genuinely don't understand the appeal. YES small waists naturally exist. Some people (myself included) are naturally petite. HOWVER your waist will never be smaller than your head. Period. It's just not physically possible. We have to fit so many internal organs that are literally necessary to sustain LIFE inside our waists. So these influencers you see on Instagram with bellies smaller than their faces? Highly unlikely to be reality. As you'll see in this video, certain tricks such as contorting your body, posing in certain ways, good lighting, photo editing, VIDEO editing, RIB REMOVAL and surgery - all play a part in this strange tiny waist obsession.

I'd love to get you guys's opinion on this phenomenon that has been happening for hundreds of years now (yep, you heard me - this weird obsession with tiny waists is nothing new!).
