Sunday Life Admin Routine - What I do to Improve my Week

Hey! So this is my life admin day routine, or my get your shit together Sunday routine that I've set up.

I went off this routine when I moved back to my family home, and the impact that had on me was so noticeable - getting back on track has been sooo good.

There are weeks where I skip some of the things on this list - there are weeks where I do more - the main thing is to have a routine in place that captures all of this stuff that you can keep going back to to set yourself up for a productive week where you can concentrate on stuff that isn't 'life admin' cleaning, cooking, etc xoxo
