LIFE ADMIN DAY - NO EXCUSES JUST GET IT DONE IN 2021!!! || THE SUNDAY STYLIST

Ok so there's nothing new about having a Life Admin Day - a day every week (I do mine on a Friday morning because I like to bribe myself with a reward of something fun on Friday afternoon/evening) where you do all the kind of boring but necessary things to keep your life under control and make you feel like you've got your sh!t together.... for my Life Admin Days I usually try and make time to get all those 'pesky to-do's' finally done and dusted - try for five things each Friday - even if they only take a few minutes each you will feel so good once they are done! I also take time to check in on my bills and budget and keep that all under control, review habits and goals and then once a month - I do the first Friday of each month to wrap up everything from the previous month including dump and sort of all photos and videos from my phone to a designated file folder, empty out my email inbox and unsubscribe from all the random mailing lists I also make sure I give my workspace a good clean out and tidy up so that I feel more inspired and motivated to spend time working :) Hope you enjoy this video and you get motivated to tackle a few of those things that have been hanging around on your to-do list lately!!!
