Tone your total body and burn calories with this guided 30-Minute Barre Cardio Workout: Barre Blend AT HOME!

This is a high-intensity full body workout -- we'll burn out the booty, core, arms and legs using a set of light dumbbells and optional mini loop resistance band (or no equipment at all).

✨30-MINUTE BARRE BLEND WORKOUT ✨

EQUIPMENT + HOME SUBSTITUTIONS:
You can do all the moves with just your bodyweight, but you can add intensity using:
✨A light set of dumbbells (2-5 lbs) // Home substitution: soup cans or water bottles!
✨A mini loop resistance band // Home substitution: a sports bra is a great DIY option! Simply bunch it up + place around your ankles!

Barre Fitness Instructor Lindsey, will guide you through a full body barre blend workout you can do at home! Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.

This is my signature barre style, meaning that it's an athletic barre workout!

The tiny, pulsing movements of barre fire up every muscle group. Combined with larger, dynamic multi-muscle movements, you'll get an effective sculpting + cardio workout at home!
