These Countries Are So Tiny, You Could Cross Them in Minutes

Script:
What if I told you… some countries are so small, you could cross them on foot? And some are hidden completely inside another nation! These places are real—and fascinating.

Let’s begin with San Marino, a tiny republic inside Italy. Just 61 km² with around 34,000 people, it was founded in 301 AD—making it one of the oldest countries in the world. Surrounded by hills and medieval castles, it feels like stepping into history.

Next, Vatican City—the world’s smallest country. Only 0.49 km² with about 800 residents, it's located inside Rome, Italy. It’s the heart of the Catholic Church, home to the Pope, the Swiss Guard, and St. Peter’s Basilica. It even has its own post office, radio, and currency!

Finally, Monaco—a glittering city-state on the French Riviera. Just 2 km², with 39,000 people. Known for luxury, Formula 1, and no income tax, it has more millionaires per square meter than anywhere else.

Small in size… huge in stories.
