Mom Accused of Murdering Family Gives Bizarre Court Appearance, Smiles at Camera

The mother accused of murdering nearly her entire family appears in court, smiling, kneeling down for cameras and even giving them a thumbs up. Police say 33-year-old Isabel Martinez stabbed four of her children to death, along with her husband, 33-year-old Martin Romero, inside their Georgia home. Their 9-year-old daughter survived.
