Zongzi(Sticky Rice Dumplings),A Pyramid-shape Dumplings made of glutinous rice, stuffed with sweet or savoury fillings and wrapped in BAMBOO leaves, eaten during the Duanwu/Dragon-Boat Festival.

Eating Zongzi and Dragon-boat racing are Chinese culture for the Duanwu Festival early summer of every year across China(falls on the 5th day of the 5th Lunar month).

This video shows how to use the Bamboo leaves to wrap sticky rice with filled pork belly together in special ways in a Pyramid-shape Dumpling with four corners.

It's sticky, It's aromatic and flavourful,It's delicious that you will die for to try.

粽子,一種由糯米或加其它甜或鹹餡料用竹葉包裹的錐形(有四角或五角等)美食,特別在端午節期間食用。

這集視頻分享如何用粽葉包裹四角鮮肉粽及如何簡便節時(用高壓鍋)煮粽子。鮮肉粽軟糯飄香,肉入口即化,簡單的調料却美味十足,是傳統不敗的口味。

鮮肉粽食譜中:
400克糯米可包6個大粽子(×2)
400克五花肉可包12個粽子。

Zongzi recipe:
400g stick rice will make 6 Zongzi (×2)
400g Pork belly will make 12 filled
