Thanks for your love and support for my previous videos. This is my 3rd challenge, I'm doing 100 squats a day for 30 days.Before doing squats it is better to make a ten-minute warm up and then start. At the end of the 30 days I have seen a huge change. I recommend you do it too to see with your own eyes. My diet is simple and plain, what are you waiting for go and do it.
