300 Squats a Day for 30 Days | Leg Transformation | தமிழ்/English | FIT MUSCLER

In this video I have trained my leg everyday for 30 days, I did 300 squats a day for 30 days. This 300 squats a day challenge is very effective I gain nearly 2.7 inches extra muscles.
While doing this you have to be very careful about you diet and warm ups to prevent you from injuries.
This type of workout challenge is also called as nucleus overload training.
