BIG LEG WORKOUT! | Fitness Over 60!
Over 60 Fitness! Join me for today’s Big Leg Workout! I started with a progressive overload session (3 sets of 6 reps) at a new working weight.
I was both happy and a little disappointed with the squat session. I felt I got plenty of work in but….I was not terribly happy with my squat depth today. Gonna focus on that!
The rest of the leg workout felt great and, overall, I got some excellent quad, hamstring and calf work in today.
On tap tomorrow: CHEST AND TRICEP DAY!! Stay tuned for that one!
