I have had a nice granite vanity top for, oh, 2 years now squatting in my family room corner. Time to give it the boot and install it in the guest bath. Problem is, I haven't built the vanity base yet.
In this project series, I'm building the base as a suspended cabinet of Mahogany and will be sculpting the drawer fronts and cabinet sides to give it an engaging look and tactile feel.
This first video describes the project, shows the design a bit, and describes how I'll do the sculpting using a Festool RAS 115 and RO-90 sanders.
