Question #1 (00:27) - Do you think tracking macros is really necessary to build muscle and lose fat or is it okay to just focus on total calories instead?

Question #2 (02:09) - Are low carb diets effective for losing fat? I've talked to a lot of people who went the low carb route and saw great results and I'm thinking of trying it out myself.

Question #3 (03:29) - I've been cutting for 4 months, dropped 20 pounds, am down to about 12% body fat and I'm fairly lean all over but still have a thin layer of lower ab fat. Is it just a matter of continuing to push the calorie deficit or are there any other fat burning tips that will help?

Question #4 (05:04) - Do you think multivitamins are a worthwhile supplement? I always here conflicting views on this. I already eat pretty healthy so I don't know if I should bother.

Question #9 (12:12) - I track my calorie intake and my calories are fairly low, only 1800 per day. I'm pretty sure I'm in a calorie deficit but I'm not losing fat or dropping weight on the scale. What could be the problem here?
