HOW TO MAKE RING TART | CHRISTMAS WREATH TART FROM SCRATCH // step by step tutorial
Hey guys! Today, I’m sharing how to make a ring tart, specifically, I tried to make it look like a Christmas wreath today :) Use this technique to make a ring tart for any occasion, bigger or smaller sizes as you want! Hope you’ll enjoy ;)
🌟INGREDIENTS FOR THE MATCHA TART CRUST:
• All purpose flour: 325g (11.5 oz)
• Matcha powder: 25g (0.9 oz) * Or less amount as you like. If you reduce, add more flour instead!
• Almond flour: 50g (1.8 oz)
• Powdered sugar: 150g (5.3 oz)
• Salt: a few pinch
• Unsalted butter: 180g (6.3 oz)
• Egg: 70g (2.5 oz)
* BAKE AT 350F / 175C for 25-35 mins, depending on the size until they are golden brown.
OR (If you want a more vivid pink color…)
* BAKE AT 350F / 175C for about 20-25 mins and lower to 330F / 165C and bake for another 10-15 mins until the crusts are hardened completely and the surface is lightly golden brown.

• Raspberry: 170g (6 oz)
• Granulated sugar: 85g (3 oz)
• Lemon juice: 17g (0.6 oz) *10% of raspberry amount

• Unsalted butter: 113g (4 oz, 1 US stick)
• Powdered sugar: 113g (4 oz)
• Salt: a few pinch
• Egg: 113g (4 oz, about 2 large eggs)
• Almond flour: 113g (4 oz)
• All purpose flour: 15g (0.5 oz)
• Kirsch liqueur: 15g (0.5 oz) or any other alcohols/flavors you like.
