‘Another Scottish minister has gone under a bus’: Humza Yousaf resigns ahead of no-confidence vote

Humza Yousaf has stepped down as SNP leader and Scotland's first minister ahead of a looming no-confidence vote in his leadership and government.

It comes after a coalition with Scotland's Greens party broke down after Mr Yousaf's government ditched a 75 per cent emissions reduction target by 2030.

Humza Yousaf will continue as First Minister until a successor has been elected.

Sky News host Peta Credlin has discussed the resignation of Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf with Sky News Contributor Kosha Gada and Former Labor MP Michael Danby.

“Another Scottish Minister has gone under a bus,” Ms Credlin said.
