This bench is a very cool dynamic duo. For the price, it’s sturdy enough, but could be a little too wobbly for some people. The leg extension accommodates both standard & Olympic weight plates. The hamstring curl takes a bit more positioning but works wonderfully for me once I found my “sweet spot”. Comes in a lot of parts; You need a good amount of tools and time to put it together. Took about an hour or two to put together.
