Day1 @FastActionFitness #SquatChallenge
I'm doing the #SquatChallenge to see if it'll help me up my max weight with good form.
JUL24 Beginning max: 135lb x 5reps x 5sets.
JUL28 Week1 Day1: 110lb x 10reps x 3sets.
Also, thanks to a tip from Kai Greene, I do my squats at the END of Leg Day, so please believe PRE-EXHAUSTION is definitely in effect lol. I work on my weaker muscles first (calves, quads, hammies).
