Chocolate Biscuit Cake
A simple but yet so delectable and delightful dessert. This is the favorite of Queen Elizabeth and it is also the groom's cake of Prince William at his wedding. The cake is made of Rich Tea Biscuits and melted dark chocolate but now there are so many versions of it. So for this video we will use the ingredients that are readily available for us. This cake is unique and very easy to make. And good news we do not need to bake it.
Ingredients:
200g Marie Biscuit
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted(optional)
Chocolate Syrup:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp instant coffee powder(optional)
1/4 tsp salt(optional)
75g margarine/butter, unsalted
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Ganache:
1 1/2 cups chocolate
1/2 cup evaporated milk
