Apple pie that melts in your mouth! Simple and delicious!
Ingredients: (size of the pan 8.6 inches / 22 cm)
4 Apples (450 g)
3 - 4 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Sugar (100 g)
2 tbsp Butter (30 g)
Cinnamon to taste
1 Egg
Salt - a pinch
1/3 cup Sugar - 70 g
1/2 cup / 3.8 oz Butter (110 g)
1 tsp Baking powder
2⅓ All-purpose flour (280 g)
Bake at 356~°F (180°C) 30 - 35 minutes
