Ingredients: (9x4 inch pan size 23x11 cm)
4.2 oz Butter (120 g)
1 cup Sugar (200 g)
1/4 tsp Salt
Zest of one lemon
3 Eggs
2 cups All-purpose flour (250 g)
1 tsp Baking powder
100 ml Milk
3 tbsp Lemon juice

Optional:
3 tbsp Condensed milk
3 tbsp Lemon juice

Bake at 170 °C (338~°F) for 40 - 45 minutes
