HOW TO MAKE ARROZ CON GANDULES | RICE WITH PIGEON PEAS RECIPE

Today I am showing you how I make Arroz con Gandules. This dish, translated into Rice with Pigeon Peas, is traditionally enjoyed in Puerto Rico during the holidays. However, a lot of people (including me) enjoy eating it year round.

3 cups Long Grain Rice
1 15 oz can Gandules (Pigeon Peas)
1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
4 tbsp Sofrito
¼ cup Pitted Olives
2 ½ tbsp Adobo
1 packet Sazon
½ tsp Pepper
4 cups Water
4 tbsp Neutral Oil (Vegetable or Canola)
