This is a meditation from my 2nd meditation channel, so most of you who are interested in what I do on that channel will already likely be subscribed or listened to this and other meditations on that channel. This is shared here to give those who haven't visited my second channel yet a chance to experience the type of thing I have over on the second channel. Everything on the 2nd meditation channel has background music or sound effects. I share sleep meditations, healing meditations (which can be listened to during your meditation practice, not designed for sleep), deep sleep talk downs, like this, sleep meditations which aren't bedtime stories, healing meditation music (with and without binaural beats etc and often 8 hours long videos), and more. Many of my videos on my 2nd meditation channel are 3 hour long, with the background music continuing on after the main meditation finishes, non-sleep meditations are normally 1 hour videos, with the meditation music continuing on after the meditation finishes, talk downs are 3 hour videos with the sound effects continuing on after the talk down finishes, sound effect meditations are normally normal length but with sound effects.
