The client @world2meettravel division of the @iberostarGroup, needed to create a disruptive user experience to present at their Fitur 2024 booth, engage the audience and elevate their customer experience to a new level.
The project aimed to improve the company's efficiency and provide new and innovative tools to automate its processes thanks to artificial intelligence.Thanks to advanced neural network models and the Microsoft Azure Avatar Text-to-Speech service, Bravent managed to create a synthetic-realistic and high-quality avatar based on a real person that allows to hold intelligent conversations in real time and offer personalized content and answers about the company's different brands and destinations.
In addition, the developed solution allows reaching multiple people, languages and styles in a more inclusive way.
