New Shirt. Same Distance. Running VLOG

In a particularly rambly vlog this week, I talk about some running that's coming up and what I'm going to be doing between now and then, or at least I thought I was going to do that and then just rambled on the way I normally do without really saying anything very much - it's just been one of those kinds of months...!

But at least I wear a new running top and tell you where it came from and why I got it!
