WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | Starch Solution | Down Over 70 Pounds| #1
Hey y'all welcome. The food featured in this video is based around the starch solution principles and is what I have used to gain back health and lose down to over 70 pounds. This is #1 of what I eat in a day series. I hope y'all enjoy these recipes as much as I do.

Nutritional Yeast:

Jackfruit:

Rotel:

Jovial Spaghetti Noodles:
Jovial 100% Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta, Spaghetti, 4 Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FMTN36M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_V8zfFb1AP2HV6
Breakfast
Cherry Pie Oatmeal + Greens Dressing:
10-12 pitted cherries fresh or frozen
1.5 Tbls of date or maple syrup
Scant 1/4 cup of water
Sprinkle of cornstarch
Light squeeze of 1/3 of a lemon
Mix cherries and all ingredients together
Bring to a boil and then cut down to low
Allow to cook for 5-10 mins to let them cook down, and break the cherries down a little with your utensil.
Pour over you oatmeal and enjoy!
Greens Dressing:
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp of date syrup
the rest of the lemon juice from the 1/3 lemon used in the cherry pie
Pour over greens, I also sprinkle my greens with garlic salt. Enjoy!
Lunch
Big Salad + Dressing
Dressing:
1/2 avocado
Dash of garlic coconut aminos
juice of 2 limes
1/4 nutritional yeast
Salad:
A variety of salad greens cut up into bite size pieces with scissors. Add in your favorite salad toppings. I used carrots, radish, cucumber, green onion, cauliflower, broccoli, and brown rice.
I add a starch to make sure this lunch keeps me full!
Dinner
NOT Chicken Spaghetti
For the cream cheese sauce:
Add together these ingredients roughly chopped to a pot of water.
16 oz of potatoes (I use Yukon gold un-peeled)
2 large carrots
1 small onion
Bring to a boil and cook while tender
Also steam 1/4 head of cauliflower
Combine the above ingredients into your blender along with 3/4 cup of water that the veggies cooked in.
Add
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 nutritional yeast
1/4 cup of cashews (can be omitted for a nut free option)
Salt to taste
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water from the cooked vegetables until the sauce is the desired consistency.
Cook an entire 12 oz box of spaghetti noodles (I used Jovial rice noodles link above)
1 can of rinsed jack fruit cooked in water until tender.
Add all ingredients to a deep casserole dish. As far as how much cheese sauce, use the amount you desire but enough so that it’s not dry.
Then to that add 1-2 cans of diced tomatoes + green chiles. (I used Rotel link above)
Mix well.
Bake at 350 F until bubbly. Serve and enjoy. We had plain steamed green beans with ours.
