Brampton: Teen seriously injured after stabbing at school 2-23-2017

At 4h pm this after-noon a stabbing at a school left a male teenager with serious injuries at Fletcher's Meadow Secondary School at the corner of Chinguacousy Rd and Earlsbridge Blvd in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. At the scene a police dog canvassed a large area near the school. A small safety perimeter was setup around a car parked in the parking lot of a nearby police station. Upon confirmation by PRP media officer Rachel Gibbs, the stabbing happened on school property and that secondary scene was related to the stabbing but undisclosed how. Police also confirmed that one person had been arrested following the incident near the Cassie Campbell Community Centre. The victim was transported from the scene by Peel Paramedics to a Toronto area hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.
