Brampton: Collision between train and car kills one 4-8-2016

At 11h00 yesterday morning a collision between a train and a car in Brampton has left one person dead and one person airlifted to hospital in serious condition. The accident happened near the intersection of Sandalwood and Hurontario in Brampton. At the scene Brampton Fire as well as PRP officers and Major Collision Bureau crews are investigating. The victim who was taken out of the wreck was transported to a trauma centre via an Ornge medical helicopter. A car lays in wreck on its side with a tarp covering the top portion where the body of one of the occupant remains.
