Recipe on how to make healthy and delicious Protein Energy Balls, packed with superfoods.

These delicious, healthy energy/protein balls are so healthy and easy to make. They store well, in the fridge, for weeks. Don’t hesitate to play around with this recipe, like switching the peanut butter for almond butter, or even skipping the collagen. I change it around a little every time.
1/2 cup date paste or pitted dates
10 figs
Soak 1 1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup hot water
2 Tbs seed
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup almond flour
1/2 roasted almonds chopped
2 tbs maple syrup. Taste for sweetness add more if needed
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
4tbs collagen powder
To coat the balls you can use Pistachio powder, freeze dried mango and strawberries, shredded coconut and roughly chopped toasted almond flakes.
