Heart Shape Ravioli

For this delicious heart shape ravioli, you would need 3 different color pasta dough's of your choice. I have recipes of different color pasta on my YouTube channel.
For the ravioli filling you would need
1 cup ricotta cheese (drain the excess water in a cheese cloth for about 10 min)
1/2 cup parmigiana cheese
2 garlic cloves
1 egg yolk

1/2 cup roasted mushrooms with Italian seasoning and Salt pepper to taste
