PROPERTY REVIEW #030 | MONTEREY, ECO SANCTUARY

Once again, shout-out to the location specialist Mr Peter (012-296 8701) for showing me around the new property within the area.
After visiting Terraza, which is phase 1 of Eco Sanctuary, I'm still amazed with the second phase, Monterey. The density is much lower as it consist only Semi D's and Bungalows, therefore it's super luxury.
This project besides having the signature Ecoworld trademark, which are double security entrance statement, extensive landscape treatment and themed architectural designs, it still has the public park and lake next to it. It will just be a giant playground for parents to exhaust their kids.
The interesting thing to note would be comparison of similar products between several developers. For eg, what's the difference between terrace in Arnica, Tropicana Aman vs Terraza, Eco Sanctuary? This will guide audience in getting the most value for money=)
