It would only be right to review Setia Ecohill right after Eco Majestic, but different but equally elegant projects in Semenyih. If you're not a fan of stratafied living, then Setia Ecohill would be a better choice.
Although the township was started slightly earlier before the whole landed strata wave kicked in, the team already thought through the importance of community living. Therefore they implemented house rules which help preserve architectural languages, also erected a centralized clubhouse with awesome facilities.
Being a township builder, they brought in the amenities as well such as Tenby International School, commercial supports such as malls and office. But the highlight would definitely be the parks in abundance!
However, the distance away from the city is still one of the hesitation to be considered. But I think it's just up to individual preferences and working hours.
