Ecoworld completing their first project in this area close to Kota Kemuning and shout-out to Vincent for sharing his new home with me. With a lot of competition in that area and a lot to prove, I really think that the team nailed it in terms of product delivery.
From the extensive landscape and uniform facade theme, this project greatly accentuate the benefits and lifestyle of stratafied living. Along with the double gate security feature, full time surveillance, and club house facilities, these really position the project to be an ideal home for families.
However, I would strongly suggest developers to prepare technical layout for kitchen fittings as most of the customers have no clue in positioning their fridge, water filter and etc. Also, several appointed cabinet contractors by can also be helpful. It would bring cost down as their volume increases, and it would be convenient to buyers as they are shortlisted, which means more reliability.
Overall, one of the best homes in the area!!
