Who hasn't got time to fit a quickie into their busy day. Todays workout is a
4 MINUTE TABATA - AT HOME WORKOUT. There are multiple benefits to doing shorter workouts. In continuing with the short theme I will keep the explanations brief.

1. They can fit into anybody's busy schedule
2. They can be done multiple times throughout your day
3. They don't tax your recovery system to much
