A Flavor Blast In My Mouth - Turkey Salad - Blue Cheese, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Sour Cherries

I was looking for ways to use up my massive turkey. Last year I made turkey tetrazzini https://youtu.be/JufPjafuLxQ and some other stuff. Well this turkey salad was intriguing. First blue cheese, then cayenne pepper and dried sour cherries. What will this taste like? Sounds awful. Well, surprise it taste amazing. There is a flavor battle going on in my mouth with each bite. Funky blue cheese taste, heat from the cayenne pepper and a sour note from the cherries. Plus the crunch from the celery and pecans!! Turkey has never been so exciting. My phone even went off while filming. I could have easily edited it out, but decided to keep it in to show that real life is messy, unexpected and inconvenient, not the perfectly edited illusion that so many people like to show. Just make it.

in a medium bowl add 8oz of chopped turkey, 2oz chopped pecans, 1/3 cup chopped dried sour cherries, 1 diced celery stalk and 2oz blue cheese. To that add 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Mix it together and chill overnight. The next day sever as is or in a sandwich.
