Is Grenade Carb Killa protein bar actually good for losing weight, and is it even low carb? It just tastes too good, considering it has almost no sugar.

Have we been all duped by clever marketing?

As we all know, most protein bars suck. They're dry, chewy, and require a whole class of water just to get them to go down.

So, when I tasted the Carb Killa protein bar, my first thought was, it tastes way too nice to be good for me. In fact, it tasted better than regular chocolate bars.

I am sure that anybody who has tried this protein bar has been slightly skeptical.

If you glance at the packaging, let's use my favorite one, Dark Chocolate and Raspberry flavor as an example; it says 0.9 grams of sugar per bar. That is REALLY low sugar content. Even carrots have more sugar than that. 3 times more sugar, in fact.

So, how can this protein bar, with virtually no sugar, taste so delicious?

I must say, they're not lying. Those are the correct numbers stated on the nutritional labels. Most Carb Killa Protein Bars do indeed have only about 1 gram of sugar in them.

However, if you do follow a Keto diet or low carb lifestyle, do not start jumping in joy yet…

Although Carb Killa has only 1 gram of sugar in their protein bar, it does not mean it contains only 1 gram of carbs.

In fact, it does contain quite a bit more carbs than that. Let's take the Dark Chocolate And Raspberry one again. It has only 0.9 grams of sugar but a total of 18 grams of carbs per bar.

But aren't carbs technically a sugar? You might ask.

NOT the ones that are in the Carb Killa protein bar!

So, here is their clever marketing trick. They use Polyols that are carbohydrates, but they are not sugar.

Polyols are sugar alternatives found naturally in many fruits and vegetables and are often used in sugar-free products. Although polyols are carbohydrates, they have a lower glycemic index and fewer calories.

So, if you are looking for a protein-rich snack that has very little sugar and contains low-impact carbs, then The Carb Killa might be for you.

But hold on for a second, before you buy it, let's see how does this protein bar compare to other popular protein bars like Snickers, Mars or Bounty, or even regular plain old Mars bar.

To see the full comparison, how the Carb Killa Compares to the regular Mars bar and other protein bars follow the link in the description below the video. You might find the results quite staggering.

Also, I have listed some of the best times you should be eating the Carb Killa protein bar if you really want to receive the full benefit of it.
