How To Make Wellness Shot And Ginger Tea With The Leftover Pulp

This lemon ginger and turmeric shot is nutritious with an intense citrusy gingery kick. I'll also show you how to make ginger tea with leftover pulp from the juice. This ginger tea is hot, spicy, and so full of flavor from turmeric and apple. This tea has lovely color and it's good for you too.

Here is how to make ginger tea, but first, let's make the wellness shot:

Ingredients: (Makes about 3-4 shots and many cups of tea)

One thumb of ginger ( Piece of ginger that is about the size of your thumb)
One thumb of turmeric
One apple (sweet apple)
One lemon
Ground black pepper

Instructions:

Wash apple, lemon, turmeric, and ginger. If you use organic products, then you don't need to peel them.
Peel the lemon and cut it so it will easily fit in the juicer
Cut the apple (don't peel it)
Cut the ginger (don't peel it)
Cut the turmeric (don't peel it)
Put everything in the juicer.
Pour the juice into shot glasses.
Sprinkle a bit of black pepper on the top.
You can store the wellness shot in the fridge in a sealed bottle or a jar for 3-4 days.

How to make a ginger tea. (My favorite ginger tea recipe)

Don't throw away the fibrous pulp leftover from your juicer. You can put one teaspoon of this pulp into a reusable tea infuser and make a fragrant and spicy cup of hot tea. This ginger tea is so lovely that you will just make the shot to get some pulp to make this tea.

You can add a bit of honey to the tea for extra sweetness.

You can also add some leftover pulp to your smoothies. Sore it in a sealed container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Or freeze it if you want to store it for longer.
