Trump stages three Pennsylvania rallies

President Donald Trump is staging three rallies in the battleground state of Pennsylvania to bolster support in a region he narrowly won in 2016.

As the United States reports record breaking daily coronavirus infections, the president has dismissed accusations from rival Joe Biden suggesting he is waving the white flag at the pandemic.

“He’s waved a white flag on life. He doesn’t leave his basement,” Mr Trump said.

The president drew a comparison between the United States and Europe where cases are skyrocketing as Winter approaches.

“Other than the fake news that wants to scare everybody we are absolutely rounding the corner," he said.
