At the Boys and Girls Club truck featuring recipes from The Plant-Based Journey, Healthfest 2016

In advance of the 2016 Healthfest in Marshall, TX I worked with the Marshall Boys and Girls Club providing recipes for them to fix and seel from their food cart during the event. Parked right outside the main event building, the Visual Arts Center, there was a constant stream of traffic to the truck as the kids and the chef served up Portobello Pot Roast, Pumpkin Muffins, Sweet Bean Cream, Buddha Bowls, and Double Chocolate Cherry Truffles - all from Journey.

The project was a roaring success - congratulations and job well done Boys and Girls Club of Marshall!
