Verarbeiten wir im Traum wirklich unsere Erlebnisse vom Tag? Was ist, wenn wir uns morgens an keinen Traum erinnern? Haben wir dann in der Nacht nicht geträumt? Und ist es wirklich möglich, seine Träume bewusst zu beeinflussen bzw. kann man so genanntes “luzides Träumen” lernen?
