Memory & Mindfulness: Re-Writing Encoded Memories to Live in the Present Moment
The single greatest compromise to our wellbeing and what keeps us from being mindful and in the present moment, is memory. We have deeply encoded memories that are triggered when we’re trying to listen to what is happening in the moment. The way to be more mindful is to talk to the moment of encoding through a combination of techniques.
