Self Colonic/Intestinal Massage For Constipation, Gas, & Bloating Relief

Constipation, gas, and bloating can all be painful and frustrating experiences! In my practice, I will often teach self colonic (aka intestinal) massage for relief.
Why use this tool for constipation, gas, or bloating relief? Essentially the purpose of the massage is to stimulate peristalsis, which is the term for the rhythmic-like contractions of your intestines that propels food (and eventually stool) towards your rectum.
I like to say that we are encouraging the natural movement of the intestines. :)
