Day 38 meals @Aruna raj Varma
Day 38 meals
Woke up at 4.20am and started doing exercises at 5.10am continued till 7.15am
As my maid is on leave for 1 week done all house hold activities like sweeping,washing dishes and clothes,preparing lunch early because we need to go to our kids school to collect there uniforms and books.
9.15 bfast dry fruits
11.30am egg omelet with pepper and salt and one kheera and carrot.
1.30pm went to kids school
2.30pm ate three rotie's with beerakaya Tokka Patchadi, beerakaya nuvvula podi, Beerakaya meal maker curry and buttermilk.
Later busy with some household works
Ate few watermelon pieces.
Didn't slept in the afternoon
6pm oats smoothie with dryfruits milk,peanut butter and banana.
That's all for today.
