USAPL HIGH SCHOOL/ TEEN NATIONALS MEET RECAP (722 total 128 bw raw)

Hey guys! This is my 2021 USAPL (USA Powerlifting) teen/ high school nationals meet recap/ vlog! I competed in the women's raw teen 3 (18-19) -63 kg category and got 3rd!

Total: 327.5 kg / 722.1 lb (10 kg / 22 lb meet pr)
Age: 18
Bw: 58.2 kg / 128.3 lb (bruh what)

best lifts:
3rd squat: 130 kg / 286.7 lb (5 kg meet + overall pr)
2nd bench: 67.5 kg / 148.8 lb
2nd deadlift: 130 kg / 286.7 lb (2.5 kg meet pr)
