Nikola Tesla’s 3 Plane Balancing Analysis Part 6 - Eddy Current Drive
Today's discovery was that the belt was certainly introducing whirling to the shaft, so thanks to Carlos' bright idea we are switching to eddy current drive.
This is the 1st basic proof of concept for this motor / generator method.
No gears, belts, chains or contact.
We have prototype 2 underway and prototype 3 also in the works which should be very impressive.
The plan is to re-balance without the influence from a belt drive.
I think this is the final external influence we have eliminated now that is preventing us from achieving a good 3 axis balance.
We also have some highly sensitive digital vibration sensors in the works too thanks to John.
Looking forward to sharing eddy current motor / generator number 2.
